About Us
Link Funding was first approved as a Lender Service Provider by the SBA in 2011 and
since then has worked with numerous different Lenders in processing and closing SBA,
USDA and FSA loans totaling over $250 Million. The principals have decades of experience in the government guaranteed lending sector.
Dana Hall is a founder of Link Funding and is responsible for lender and government relations, program marketing and secondary market sales. He has 20 years of broad-ranging experience in the commercial mortgage business and commercial finance. A former analyst for Merrill Lynch, he also has numerous local and national industry contacts.
Rebecca Habbert is responsible for overseeing deal structure, underwriting and packaging. She has over 20 years’ experience in originating, underwriting and closing SBA, FSA and USDA guaranteed loans. She had significant prior experience in various aspects of commercial real estate, legal and banking matters in Washington, D.C. She is a member in good standing (inactive status) of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Florida Bars.
